Annie is a professional! She is also very responsive. Most importantly, she put in the effort and thought to give me the highest price. Due to my schedule, I am not able to spend the needed time to get the unit ready - she did it! Her advertising and marketing material were first-rate. We ended up substantially above listing and the whole process was very quick. Annie is detailed and knowledgeable - as I was an agent and in real estate in the past, I am rarely impressed. If you are looking to sell your house and is looking for a great realtor - she is IT! I personally have not had experience buying real estate from her but given my experience, I will definitely have her be my buying agent.
